U.S. Senator Ron Wyden will host several town halls in-person in NW Oregon in January as he resumes his tradition of visiting all of Oregon’s counties each year.
In Washington County, constituents will have an opportunity to see, hear from, and ask questions of Oregon’s senior Senator Thursday, January 12, starting at 2 pm at the Conestoga Recreation
Center, located in Beaverton at 9985 SW 125th Ave.
Wyden is also expected to make stops in Clatsop, Tillamook, Lincoln, Clackamas, Linn, Lane, Polk, Marion, Yamhill, and Multnomah counties.
“Keeping my promise to hold annual town halls for each of our state’s 36 counties has been key to my public service, and I very much look forward to kicking off 2023 by resuming my in-person town halls with these open-to-all gatherings around Oregon,” Wyden said in a press release Wednesday.
“Town halls provide all Oregonians the opportunity to shorten the distance between our state and Washington, DC by asking me any question and sharing any idea.”

Congress begins about how to make our state an even better place to live and work,” he said.
Wyden’s town halls were virtual in the first pandemic years.
As of Wednesday, Jan. 4, Wyden has held 1,027 town halls since he was elected to the Senate in 1996, according to his office.
