This is the Banks Police monthly report for September 2025.
Notable calls for September,
9/11/25 – Main/Market, a speeder was stopped for traveling 37 in the school zone. The 60 year old female was driving while criminally revoked for DUII. The driver was arrested for DWS-Misdemeanor.

9/15/25 – Arbor Park Loop, deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. Deputies arrived to a heated argument with the couple and there were no crimes observed or reported and some advice to maintain peace for the neighborhood was given and units left.

9/22/25 – Arbor Park Loop, the prior domestic evolved to one member of the relationship leaving and not notifying the other they would be gone for an extended time. A missing Persons report was filed and shortly thereafter needed to be cleared as the missing person returned home. Parties were again notified and counseled to try to solve their differences or separate for a while and to not unnecessarily utilize law enforcement for their relationship struggles.

In an effort to clear the neighborhood of unused vehicles before October 31st to create more visibility and room for the evening events, parking enforcement was ramped up. We Towed a boat and a Motorhome and had several other boats and stored vehicles removed by voluntary compliance. The neighborhood will be closed to vehicular traffic that night except for residents. Deputies will also be in town that night.

This concludes the September 2025 Monthly Police Report.
