The Portland office of the National Weather Service issued a Flood Watch for much of Northwest Oregon, including the greater Banks region. The watch is in effect through late Tuesday night. It's just one weather hazard expected.

Banks High School math teacher Wymon Smith was arrested again Thursday. "To date, investigators have spoken with nearly 20 people who have disclosed concerns and abuse dating back almost 25 years," the sheriff's office said.
