Completion of a project to replace the 85-year-old bridge over West Fork Dairy Creek just outside Banks city limits has been delayed without a known reopening date, ODOT said Thursday.

With the recall of former Board Chair Mark Schmidlin, the Banks Fire District Board must appoint a new board member to fill the empty spot.
