Ballots for the Nov. 5 election were mailed to Washington County Voters Wednesday, Oct. 16, the Washington County Elections Division said in a press release.
"I have learned a great deal about the growth to come to our little town. I want to be part of its growth and planning for the future of my town," Debra Berry said in an email to the Banks Post.
