Banks High School math teacher Wymon Smith was arrested again Thursday. "To date, investigators have spoken with nearly 20 people who have disclosed concerns and abuse dating back almost 25 years," the sheriff's office said.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office said they worked with Oregon State Police to make two arrests this week on Highway 26, one near Timber Road and the other between Banks and North Plains.
