Mayor Marsha Kirk will deliver the 2026 State of the City address on Thursday, March 5, at 1:00 p.m. at Banks Fire District offices, 13430 NW Main Street, Banks.
The event is co-sponsored by the Banks Chamber of Commerce, and will replace the group’s regular March meeting.
The program will include desserts.
