An early Thanksgiving miracle: Highway 47 reopened today (but the project still isn’t done).
The Oregon State Police said a Forest Grove resident was killed between Banks and Forest Grove on Highway 47 Thursday morning.
Highway 47 is closed to traffic while the Oregon State Police conduct an investigation following what was described as a serious crash, according to Forest Grove Fire & Rescue.
