Suicidal Subject: Police were called to a report of a suicidal subject. The subject was cooperative and transported to the hospital for assistance. 

Case Cleared Arrest 

Noise Complaint/Welfare Check: Police responded to a report of a loud party and possible underage drinking on NW Broadshire. No loud party was located and the report of underage drinking could not be substantiated. 

Case Suspended 

Fraud: A resident on NW Oak Way reported her credit card number was stolen and used online for several thousand dollars in fraud. No evidence of a local suspect was discovered.

Injury Traffic Crash: Deputies responded to an injury rear end crash on Main Street near Jims Thriftway. The involved suffered minor injuries and refused transport. 

Information Report 

Reckless Driver/Criminal Mischief: Report of a resident driving recklessly in the neighborhood of NW Sunset Avenue and NW Park Street. Witnesses observed the resident drive his truck through the front lawn of a residence on Park Street tearing up the grass. The resident then did a burn out in the street and confronted the area residents in the street. The Banks Deputy was nearby and alerted to the incident. The resident was arrested and booked on charges of Reckless Driving and Criminal Mischief. 

Case cleared by arrest 

Fraud: An unknown suspect passed a counterfeit $20 US Treasury Note at a Store on Main Street. The fraud was discovered after the bank received the stores daily deposit. The note was seized by the bank and forwarded to the United States Secret Service for further analysis. 

Case suspended
