Warrant Service and K9 Track: NW Main Street; Deputies responded to a business on Main Street after receiving reports that a wanted subject was at the business. Prior to the deputy’s arrival, the subject left on foot. A K9 track was performed and the subject was located and taken into custody. Case cleared by arrest 

Criminal Mischief: NW Main Street; an alert citizen reported seeing two subjects causing damage to a business on NW Main Street. Deputies responded and located the suspects who had destroyed security cameras on the outside of the building. The suspects were arrested and lodged in the Washington County Jail. Case cleared by arrest

Theft: NW Main Street; the Banks Deputy took a report of a theft of a bicycle from a business on NW Main Street. No suspect was identified in the case. Case suspended 

Theft: Banks High School; a student reported that their clarinet was possibly stolen from the band room at Banks High School. No suspect was identified in the theft. Case suspended 

Overdose: NW Wilkes Street; One patient was arrested on a police officer’s hold after intentionally overdosing on prescription pills. The subject was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Case cleared by arrest 

Theft: NW Main Street; an employee of a business on NW Main Street reported another employee had stolen approximately $500 in lottery funds. The case was still open at the time of this report. Case open 

Weapons Offense: Banks High School; The Banks Deputy investigated a report that a student brought a handgun to school. After a thorough investigation it was determined that no harm was intended and there was no threat to the students or staff. Case cleared exceptional
