The city of Banks holds a coloring contest annually to commemorate National Drinking Water Week for youth in Banks, and this year is no different. Here are the winners for 2025.
Here are the winners — and their artwork — of the contest. The artwork and awards were presented during the May 13 Banks city council meeting by Mayor Marsha Kirk.
Winners from first through third place receive gift cards for $25, $15, and $10 respectively, with their families receiving an equivalent amount as credit to their city waster bill.
