Lawsuit alleges Banks fire chief fired employee in retaliation over whistleblower activity
A lawsuit filed Thursday alleges that Banks Fire District Chief Rodney Linz fired at least one employee in retaliation for raising concerns with elected officials over alleged nepotism and fudged certifications surrounding his adult daughter, Samantha Linz, a volunteer with the district.
