National Weather Service: Snow could return, especially at higher elevations, also there's a flood watch
The Portland branch of the National Weather Service, is warning—with a lot of disclaimers—that the valley floor could see snow, but higher elevations such as Timber could see up to 10 inches of snow starting Monday night. Meanwhile, a flood watch will also start at 7 p.m. Monday.
